PA:Exeter homeowner holds burglar at gunpoint, police say

A Pennside man broke through the front door of an Exeter Township home early Sunday only to find himself facing the barrel of a shotgun, township police said.

Officers arrived at the home in the 500 block of Church Lane Road and found would-be burglar Alexander D. Diaz-Cruz on the floor being held at gunpoint by homeowner Martin Zellers, police said.

Diaz-Cruz, 24, of the 700 block of North 25th Street was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.

Would a burglar really knock on your door? No. The Zeller's are lying about knowing this man, I myself have been to at least 3 parties that Cruz and the Zeller's both attended, us all mutual friends of Joe McGee. Maybe the fact that the man was yelling for help is a tip off that he wasn't trying to burglarize the Zeller's. But of course the media is slanted and won't post ALL of the facts. Don't be so quick to judge when your facts are all media based.
