FL: Homeowner wins Gunfight, kills Intruder
A 24-year-old man was shot and killed after unlawfully entering a Lakeland residence early Friday morning, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies said that at 6:30 a.m. Friday, Chevez Antwann Fiason unlawfully entered a residence at 2235 Chestnut Hills Drive. Fiason then fired shots at two people inside and was shot by the homeowner, deputies said. There were no other reported injuries,

A convicted violent felon named "Chevez Antwann Fiason." Imagine that. He had been out of prison for 9 months. That's a long time for someone with a name like "Chevez Antwann Fiason."
