US Gun Sales Surge on Black Friday

The surge in sales is being attributed to the retail gun industry finally realizing the value of marketing.

The FBI has confirmed that firearms sales reached a record 129,166 during last week’s Black Friday, based on the number of background checks conducted over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

The number represents a 32 percent jump from the previous record of 97,848 weapons sold during Black Friday of 2008.
