MO:Thief Punches Homeowner, is Shot

Many people have been killed with one punch.  An important thing to remember about criminals is that they lie.

The man said, “I ain’t stole nothin’” then punched the homeowner. Afraid for his safety, the homeowner fired at the man, wounding him in the leg.

When officers arrived, they found the 36-year-old homeowner standing in the driveway holding a holstered semi-automatic handgun. The 27-year-old alleged thief lay next to him.
