MS Attorney General issues opinions on Enhanced Concealed Carry on School Campus

The  short answer is that a holder of an enhanced concealed carry permit may carry on the school campus.  The article offers excellent detail.

Recently the Monroe County, Mississippi Superintendent of Education Scott Cantrell requested an opinion from Attorney General Jim Hood on three questions related to MS Enhanced Concealed Carry.  Mississippi law allows individuals who are residents of the state to apply for a permit to carry a concealed weapon.  In 2011 the legislature amended the concealed carry law and established a second category of concealed carry often called Enhanced Carry.
