The dailysheeple believes the photo is the picture of a simulation dummy.  I have to admit that I consider the "blood" to be the wrong texture/color, but I have not seen large amounts of blood on a carpet, just outdoors.   Here is a link that thinks the picture is of a dummy:

On one level, this just couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. Lots of people have political or human-rights grievances with one goverrnment entity or another, but you can’t just go around shooting people. For one thing, people will shoot back at you:

A blood-drenched Paul Ciancia lay stunned on the floor of LAX, critically wounded after heroic airport cops blasted him in the face to halt his deadly march Friday through Terminal 3 that left one Transportation Security Administration agent dead and six other people wounded.

 Like most would-be spree killers, Paul Ciancia chose a Gun-Free zone (or more correctly described, a Victim Disarmament Zone) for his crimes. Like most would-be spree killers, he was stopped not by the moral suasion of the law but the physical interruption of a gun-blast to his face, delivered by a good guy with a gun. For unlike most VDZs, airports are chockablock with armed security personnel.

 Once again, one is reminded that ciminal masterminds are the province of Hollywood’s formulaic TV prolefeed. Real world criminals tend to be pretty stupid, a fortunate happenstance that has allowed civilization to rise from the mire of the state of nature.
