“I fired a warning shot,” Pritchard said. “They should know that the
warning shot was exactly that, because I had the intention to disable
them or to kill them, I certainly could have done that.”
Perry, Davis and Pryor were charged with assault with a deadly weapon,
intent to kill and conspiracy to attempt to break into a building. They
are each being held on a $100,000 bond. Deaza was charged with
conspiracy to attempt to break into a building and was given a $20,000
bond.
