FL:Empoyee Shoots at Robbers Tire
When the clerk told one of the men he could not sell him the cigarettes because he was underage, the second man went to his vehicle and came back with a small black handgun, investigators said.

The clerk followed the men outside with a Glock 27 .40-caliber in his pocket, investigators said.

The clerk told investigators he was afraid the man would get back out of his car and shoot him so he "stepped off to the rear right side of the vehicle and fired two shots in the area of the rear right passenger side tire," according to the police report.
