IL: Neighbor who Shot Dogs was Justified

According to the neighbor, he then fired one shot at the dogs with a shotgun, one of whom had one of the rabbits in its mouth. An inspection at the scene by QPD revealed an overturned rabbit cage, numerous paw prints about the cage, and a deceased rabbit. One of the canines was also found deceased at the scene, from a gunshot wound. Another canine was found later in a wooded area, also dead, presumably from the same gunshot wound.
