Isiah Haggins, Jr., 16, was armed with a loaded handgun when he entered the Step-N-Style clothing store at 3217 West Siebenthaler Avenue to rob the business, Prosecuting Attorney Mat Heck Jr. said.
The storeowner, armed with his own handgun, fatally shot and killed Haggins.
