AL: Man Returns Fire at Attempted Car Theif
"I grabbed my pistol and went outside in the garage and there was a guy in my car trying to back my truck out," said the man, who asked Alabama's 13 News not to publish his real name. "I pulled my gun on him, whenever he saw the gun he fled."
The suspect didn't run far before turning around and firing a shot at the truck owner.
"I was standing, about here, when he fired, and then I ducked behind the car and I returned fire," said the truck owner.
