MO: Domestic; Man is Shot at, Leaves, Comes back 'picks up' gun, shoots woman
When the victim denied the suspect access to the house, he kicked in the front door and began to assault the victim.
The victim got her firearm and fired a shot at the suspect, missing him.
The suspect then left the residence but re-entered, picked up the victim’s gun and fired a shot at her, striking her once in the arm.
