OK: Home Invasion, One Gunfight, One dead, One down, One Fled, One in Custody
One victim inside the home was shot and killed. That person was identified Jerry Jamison, 41. One suspect shot and is in critical condition at OU Medical Hospital after a person inside the home got a hold of a gun, police said. That person was identified as David Cox, 22.
Police said Russell Ermeling, 21, was a suspect who left the scene. He turned himself in to the Tecumseh Police Department on one count of first-degree murder.
Police said Jamison was at home with his kids when Cox and Ermeling entered the home, produced a pistol, and demanded money.
