The Marion Police Department received a call around 8:47 a.m. advising a home invasion and shots fired by the homeowner.
An off-duty Memphis police officer and two suspects were confirmed to have suffered gunshot wounds. The suspects were transported to a hospital in Memphis, Tenn. for surgery.
