Upon arriving at the scene, the officer spoke with a 27-year-old Rocky Mount man and a 19-year-old man from Omaha, Ark. The 27-year-old, who the police report identifies as the owner of the business, allegedly told the officer that a man had fled from the business via the back door and that he had shot a second man who was still inside the building.
