Followup PA: Robber Killed in Pharmacy Shooting IDed

Bozarth, armed with a shotgun and wearing a Halloween mask, tried to rob Pennsbury Pharmacy in Falls Township on Friday, according to police. A pharmacist, Kenneth Lee, warned the assailant that he was armed, and then fired several shots when Bozarth vaulted over the pharmacy counter.

An alleged accomplice in the attempted robbery has been charged with criminal homicide and other offenses. The pharmacist is not expected to face charges.
