PA: Domestic Defense Shooting?


PALMYRA, Pa. (WHTM) – A woman who called 911 after shooting her husband in a South Londonderry Township apartment told police it was self-defense, according to court documents in the case.

According to a search warrant affidavit filed by township police, Kelly Kay Urban was visibly upset, crying, and had blood on her hands when officers responded to the apartment at 2703 Horseshoe Pike early Sunday. She told the officers it was “self-defense” and her husband had choked her.
