OH: Permit Holder Loses Gunfight



CLEVELAND, Ohio — A 24-year-old man died Monday after a robbery attempt turned into a shootout in Cleveland's Fairfax neighborhood.

Justin Blanton, 24, died after he was shot in the back, according to police.

    Also over night on Cleveland's west side, 3 teens attempt to rob a barber shop.

    The owner was armed and shot back, one suspect is in the hospital, one customer, and adult is in the hospital with a shot to the back and a 4 year old is in the hospital with a shot to the foot.
