A short time later, police found a man in his truck in the 2800
block of Pinson Valley Parkway. He was suffering from a gunshot wound to
the chest. His injuries are life-threatening.
Edwards said the
investigation is continuing but they believe the gunshot victim was
involved in the burglary. More information will be released as it
becomes available.
