The man who fired a
shot that killed a 16-year-old teen during a Penbrook robbery Thursday won't be charged, said the Dauphin County district attorney's office.
"It was a self-defense situation where he was entitled to defend himself," said Michael Sprow, chief Dauphin County deputy district attorney.
