Followup VA: Man who Initiated Breakin and Gunfight Charged
Both men were taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and are both expected to fully recover from their injuries.
Detectives have determined that 22-year-old Robert Hicks forced his way into the home, then exchanged gunfire with a 23-year-old man inside. Both men were shot.
Hicks is charged with armed burglary, according to Norfolk Police.
