Followup MO: No CHarges in Death of Adam J. Harness


The 20-year-old man who resides at the apartment warned Harness that he would shoot him if he did not leave, Parks said. That’s when Harness attempted to assault the resident.

The resident shot Harness three to four times with a small-caliber handgun, authorities said.

Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney Bob Parks said the shooting was justifiable.
