A man shot one of two of his neighbor’s dogs that charged at him this afternoon in a neighborhood near Torrey Pines and Vegas drives, according to Metro Police.
The man found the dogs in his yard about noon in the 6500 block of Orchid Hill Circle, and the shooting occurred when he was on his way to tell their owner, Metro Lt. John Liberty said.
