SELMA, Texas - The
Texas Rangers are investigating, and a suspected carjacker is dead after being shot in Selma by his intended victim.
Heathcliff Garcia, 34, died at the
San Antonio Military Medical Center after a Thursday afternoon shooting near the 8000 block of Old Austin Road.
