KS: Gunfight, off duty officer at home, shoots Home Invader

Wichita Police Chief Gordon Ramsay said Webb had a firearm and began ordering the off-duty officer, "giving him directions on what to do."

"At which time (the officer) was able to retrieve a handgun and a shootout ensued," Ramsay said.

The officer shot Webb multiple times. The 24-year-old died at a Wichita hospital.
