State police say 25-year-old Devon Emfinger of Aberdeen was with the 24-year-old woman on Valentine’s Day when 24-year-old Donte Demunguia from Absecon, New Jersey, entered her apartment at a public housing complex in Harrington.
The woman went downstairs and was confronted by Demunguia, who was shot as he went upstairs.
