TX: Gunfight, Homeowner and Burglary Suspect, no one hit

Police said the home owner scared Ramirez, a Harlingen resident, and then confronted him outside in his back yard. That’s when Ramirez fired one round and the victim, police said.


The victim then fired back at Ramirez, police said.

Ramirez then fled the area on foot.
