EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - A home intruder was shot by a man defending his family Monday night in the Lower Valley.
The shooting occurred in the 600 block of Rose Kennedy Drive. The location is across the street from Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Police said that Edgar Arturo Mendoza, 23, shot Robert Quintana, 40, during a confrontation.
