CA: Homeowner Holds Burglary Suspect for Police, who Had Suspect 3 hours earlier

SANGER, Calif. (FOX26) — Sanger Police say a homeowner caught a burglar in his home, and held him a gunpoint until officers arrived.

And it turns out, that was the accused burglar's second run-in with police in a matter of three hours.
