Followup GA: Kelvin Orr, who Broke Down Door, was Shot, Dies

The report says the homeowner's wife stated someone was trying to break their way in. Orr reportedly stated, "Open the d*** door, get out the way," and tried to push the homeowner, who pushed him back and told him to leave.

Orr then charged at the homeowner, who fired up to three shots at Orr, the report says. According to investigators, Orr had tried to use a key to get into the house at first, before he forced his way in.
