The Leavenworth County Attorney declined to file charges against a man who fatally shot an intruder allegedly trying to force his way into the resident’s home, according to a letter released Wednesday. “There is no way to show that the resident’s intent was anything more than trying to deter someone, who had just gone through his vehicle, from attempting to violently enter his home in the middle of the night and that he felt that his life was at risk,” Leavenworth County Attorney Todd Thompson wrote in the letter. “Due to all of this, we do not believe we legally and ethically can file charges.”

HOW ODD THAT MASSACRES MOSTLY HAPPEN IN "GUN-FREE ZONES"! When will the brain-dead Left wake up and draw the obvious conclusion? Gun bans kill kids
A county inspector told me she had a complaint about my old Pick up and was going to have it towed away and send me the bill. I calmly told her to be sure to send some one she did not like because if any one hooked on to my Pick up I would shoot them for car theft. I parked that pick up in the year 2003 and it has not moved since, BUT it is licensed and insured to this day. The second amendment allows me to protect and defend my property. Grand theft auto is a serious crime. No one is required to like what my pick up looks like but it is my legal property. I was written up on eleven issues on my property I went to the hearing and won. five days later I heard that five people that worked in that office were looking for another job.
