May 10, 2024 - The fatal shooting of a
man at 12023 Bissonnet Street about 4:25 a.m. today (May 10) will be
referred to a Harris County grand jury.

The male shooter, 67, was not injured in the incident.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives M. Castillo and K. Hale reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex
at the above address and found the male suffering from a gunshot
