EUGENE, Ore. - Eugene police said the store manager of Duck-N-Go is cooperating with investigators after shots were fired Sunday afternoon inside the store.
According to Eugene Police Department, a 21-year old man attempted to rob the convenience store located on Commons Drive, but he was shot by the store manager just after 5 p.m. on October 27.
The suspected robber suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital where he remained as of Monday morning, according to police.
No charges have been filed against any of the involved parties as of October 28.
