A witness told investigators Durham entered the business and punched another man in the face. The witness then heard two gunshots and saw Durham run from the building.
Investigators said the other man fired a handgun during the confrontation, striking Durham in the hand. The man was taken to Willis-Knighton North with minor head injuries.
According to police, the witness said Durham had previously threatened to harm the man because he believed the man was having an affair with his wife.
