AZ: Domestic Defense? Shooter Identified, Charged with 2nd Degree Murder



According to the arresting officer, Brown said he opened the door to confront the victim and warn him "that he would not be entering inside the apartment."

Brown said the victim "approached the opened front door" despite "a verbal warning, then a three second count down (sic) to stop walking towards the front door."

According to police, Brown admitted firing at the victim twice from 6 to 10 feet away -- once deliberately and again as he flinched.
