TX: Off-Duty Officer Shoots 2-of 5 who Pulled Guns on Him

According to San Antonio Police Chief William McManus, five suspects were trying to break into vehicles at a location on Blanco Road.

However, it just so happened an off-duty Universal City police officer lived nearby and saw what was going on. McManus said the officer went down to see what was going on when two of the five pulled out a gun on the officer.

So, McManus said the off-duty officer took his own gun out and shot two of the five. One of the suspects who was shot didn't get up, while the others jumped in a car with the other suspects and they took off.
