PA: Followup, Southhampton Bar shooting deaths were Self Defense

The shooter was one of the callers, and remained on scene until police arrived, according to the DA's office.

Two men were found dead on the scene. A third victim, a 24-year-old man, was also struck in the shooting, but suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The victims have been identified as 30-year-old Steven A. Panebianoc, of Bensalem; and 28-year-old Raymond A. Farrell, of Philadelphia, according to the coroner's office.

  1. It seems to me that very few people understand the second amendment. It is designed for self defense , defense of others and defense of property and defense of our country and corrupt government. The fifth federal circuit court recently ruled that the human fist is a deadly weapons I guess that is supposed to be big news to martial artists that should have known that for what several centuries? The point is you do not have to wait to be injured to defend yourself If some one cuts your head off with a machete it is a little late to stop them. If Japan had invaded this country in WW2 should we have waited to stop them at Chicago?. If some one is in your house without your permission they usually reuse to leave by polite request. I think it is best to let them be carried out so they have something to learn from. I live alone and that makes me a good target at my age. I guess it is a good thing I am one of the best pistol shots around. I have never tolerated serious threats and find no reason to start.
