CA: Tenant wins shootout:  "During a struggle, police said, the tenant wrestled a gun from one of the intruders. A shootout ensued, ending with the death of Hernandez and injuries to the tenant and Sebastian. Sebastian, who was in court wearing a black sling on his right arm, suffered a gunshot wound during the shootout.  The tenant was treated and released from a local hospital the same night and has not been charged with a crime, said Salinas police Sgt. Chris Lane.  "We don't plan to arrest him at this time," Lane said."


George Zimmerman to leave jail again as judge sets $1 million bond:  "The judge in the Trayvon Martin case set the new bond for George Zimmerman at $1 million. But Zimmerman needs to post only a percentage to be freed. His lawyer says he has the money."


Since SCOTUS says the Feds can make you buy anything, why not a gun?:    "Speaking of weapons, what if the other side were to take advantage of the gaping hole Roberts blew through the Constitution he swore to uphold? Given the powerful correlation between firearm ownership and crime reduction, Republicans might decree that all Americans and also liberals who happen to live in America buy a gun"
