TUSKEGEE, AL (WSFA) -
A shooting and robbery investigation is underway in
Tuskegee. Police say a homeowner opened fire on two men who were
allegedly trying to steal items from the man's home.
The homeowner confronted the suspects on his property, off Collins
Street less than a mile from the police department, and fired three
shots. One of those shots struck one of the men in the leg. Both
suspects fled on foot.
