A preliminary investigation found the victim was with his girlfriend
in a vehicle when an argument ensued between him and the occupants of a
nearby vehicle, police said.
The victim reportedly got out of his
vehicle, pulled out a firearm and pointed it at the occupants of the
other vehicle, police said. A passenger in the vehicle pulled out a gun
and fired one round, striking the victim, police said.
