PA: Dan Miscuk Fires Warning Shot to Drive off Burglars
“I told them I had a gun and to get out of my house or I will shoot,” Miscuk said.
Miscuk’s warning shot went through his bedroom wall, scaring the intruders. He said one of the robbers escaped through the front door and the other through an upstairs window.

Waring shots are appropriate in some circumstances. They are a defensive use that work and nobody has to die.
I wish more people would just admit it - especially gun owners who supposedly support the right to bear arms.
