PA: Neighbor Shoots Pit Bull that Attacked Man, Puppy



A man who lives on Lopax Road was outside with his puppy. Police say a pit bull attacked both the puppy and his owner. That’s when another man who lives nearby pulled a gun and shot the pit bull.
