IL: Charges Unlikely for Homeowner who Shot, Killed Suspect
BURTON, Ill. -- The 19-year-old Camp Point man killed in a shooting Monday in Adams County was reportedly shot by a homeowner during an alleged home invasion.
The Illinois State Police said Logan M. Graham was confronted by the homeowner while gaining entry into the residence after Graham made threats of violence. The homeowner reportedly fired a shotgun at Graham, who later died at Blessing Hospital.
