ME: Rabid Fox Bites Neighbor, is shot, Killed



Appleton — An Appleton man killed a fox that may have been rabid Sunday, Sept. 15, after it attacked him and a neighbor on Appleton Ridge.

Animal Control Officer Heidi Blood said the man was bitten and received medical treatment.
