TX: Warning Shot Ricochets, hits Tresspasser's Leg
Police said the man that was shot was spotted in a homeowner's backyard near the intersection. The homeowner apparently ordered the victim off his property, but he wouldn't comply. The homeowner fired three warning shots in an attempt to scare away the trespasser. One of the shots ricocheted off the ground and struck him in the leg.
