Donald Woolridge, 81, was killed Oct. 24, 2022 at a home in the 3300 block of SE Fremont.
Family members told 13 NEWS he came to Topeka frequently to assist a family member.
Shawnee Co. District Attorney Mike Kagay said Tuesday that he reviewed facts of the investigation, and determined “self-defense immunity precludes prosecution of that matter.”

I have to put this somewhere so here it is. Biden administration and ATF have created a new rule (MSN) article today. It will make felons out of millions of Americans. Fact An ATF rule has no federal code number that Civilians are required to Obey. Congress creates law Not ATF or the Biden Administration. without a federal law code number there is nothing they can legally enforce. Government agencies make rules for their employees to obey, they have no authority to make rules civilians are required to obey. Some people call that unconstitutional over reach and some call that an issue that requires Impeachment.
