Gist:The victim was sitting on the curb when a friend was driving by and noticed him. The friend stopped and asked if he was okay, at which time the victim advised her that he was shot. The friend placed the victim in her vehicle, and he handed her a gun and advised her to give it to the police and stated it was self-defense.
