It was shortly after midnight when two men approached a woman in the
driveway of her home on Abbington Street on Detroit's west side, and
attempted to carjack her.
The woman, who has a permit to carry,
pulled out a gun and fired several shots at the men. One of her would-be
carjackers was killed.
