NE: Teen Invader Shot, Killed, No charges Filed

OMAHA, Neb. —Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine said no charges will be filed against a homeowner who fatally shot a 19-year-old man investigators said broke into the residence Saturday night.

 Matlock swung at Green, and Green fired a shot into Matlock's chest and another into his lower back, authorities said.
