NH: Shooting ruled Justified
MANCHESTER, N.H. —A Manchester man will not face charges in connection with the 2013 shooting deaths of his brother and another man, the Attorney General's Office said Thursday.
Investigators said they determined that David Hoffens was acting in self-defense when he shot and killed Charles Cable, 20, on Nov. 24, 2013.
